General conditions for returning products sold by REFURBINI:

• The products you return must be in the same condition as when you received them. Make sure the product is not protected by passwords set by you and that you have deleted any accounts you may have defined, so that the product does not contain any personal data and can be restored to its initial software version.
• Returns must be made with the original labels intact, the original warranty certificate (if issued by the manufacturer/distributor), and all documents with which the product was delivered.
• The product must be accompanied by the accessories/gifts with which it was delivered. • If you bought multiple products of the same kind and want to return them all, make sure only one has been unsealed. The return of the other products is only accepted if they are sealed.
• Products on which unauthorized interventions have been performed, those showing signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks, or products missing accessories will not be accepted.
• Returns are not accepted if you have uninstalled operating systems or other programs existing upon delivery, if the products have activated OEM licenses, or if you have uninstalled operating systems or other programs existing upon delivery.
• If the return package contains products different from those in the completed form, after checking the package by the courier, the pickup will be refused.

If you choose to refund the amount paid at purchase:
• The money will be returned to the account you specified or to your card, if you paid online;
The money will be visible in your account or on your card within a maximum of 14 calendar days;

Right of withdrawal within 14 days for distance selling

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, i.e. to return a Good or cancel a Service, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring any costs other than delivery costs. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period for returning a Good or canceling a Service expires within 14 days from:
• the day on which the Buyer physically takes possession of the last Good – in the case where the Buyer orders multiple products in a single order that will be delivered separately
• the day on which the Buyer physically takes possession of the last Good or the last part – in the case of delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts
